Virtual Student Life and Leadership Experience

You’re only as effective as you feel. That’s why you’re invited to attend this semester’s Virtual Student Life Experience. This event, which is open to all students, will focus on the importance of self-care to help you be the most effective you!
Self-care involves concentrating on your well-being, including a wide range of activities and practices that you can undertake to keep yourself centered, prevent burnout, and replenish your mental, physical, and emotional resources when running low.
